Quotes and Purchase Orders

Are you a school or district looking for a 3Doodler quote? Are you planning to purchase 3Doodler pens with a PO? We’ve got you covered.

You can get a quote quickly through the 3Doodler website and we accept POs from all US-based educational institutions. (If you’re based outside of the US and need either a quote or PO, then contact po@the3doodler.com and we’ll connect you with one of our international resellers.)

We’re aiming to make the quote and buying process as seamless as possible, which is why we’ve put together this document. Check out the instructions below and if anything is unclear, please reach out to the 3Doodler team at po@the3doodler.com or 718-618-9904.

Please note, web promotions and discounts on anything other than 3Doodler EDU Learning Packs, and 3Doodler EDU Learning Pack Plastic Kits, are for customers paying by credit card on our website, and cannot be applied to quotes or purchase orders.

Quotes

Let’s start by getting you a quote perfect for general use or purchase order submission.

  1. Visit our Official Website and add the items you’re interested in to your Cart.
  2. Click the Cart icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. When the Cart side panel appears, scroll to the very bottom.
  4. Under the “Need a Quote for a Purchase Order?” section, enter your email address and click Create Quote.

Your quote will be emailed to you immediately and will include step-by-step instructions for submitting and paying via Purchase Order (PO).

If the quote doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us at help@the3doodler.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Tax Exemption

The application of your Tax Exemption will vary based on your purchase method:

  • If you will be submitting a Purchase Order, you can do so here (with more info and instructions here). There is a field to which you must upload your Tax Exemption Certification.
  • If you will be placing an online order (Credit/Debit Card ONLY), our team will first need to link things up in our system.

To create a Tax Exempt online profile, we ask that you please email us at PO@the3Doodler.com, sharing a copy of your Tax Exemption Certification and the specific email address you plan to use at Checkout.

Kindly wait for our confirmation before submitting your order, as we are unable to modify Tax amounts, post-transaction.

Submitting a PO

Now that you have a quote, let’s get that PO submitted. All POs must be submitted via the 3Doodler website, email, or traditional mail. We do not accept POs via fax. Please follow the steps below to successfully submit your educational institution’s PO.

  1. Set up 3Doodler as a vendor Make sure you tell your educational institution’s Purchasing Office about us. Please refer to the information below, as well as our W9, for useful information in setting up 3Doodler as a vendor.   2. Gather ALL the required informationThis part is important! All required information must be included in the PO or on an accompanying document (email is okay). POs that omit any required information will not be processed. The list of requirements can be found on our submission page.
  3. Finally, submit your PO via one of three ways:
    • Via our online form – Fast
    • Email – Slow
    • Snail Mail – Slowest

Payment terms

We operate with a Net-30 payment arrangement for approved education POs. Please be sure to send us your check or arrange a wire transfer when your 3Doodler products arrive. The email with your invoice will include payment instructions. We prefer wire transfers, but we understand if you need to mail in your payment. All checks should be sent to:
